Yesterday you found out where you're standing. Today I have you decide where you're headed. You pick one revenue goal for the year, divide it by 12, and end up with a monthly number you can actually go get. Without a goal, you end up on the hamster wheel or stuck in scarcity. With one, you get to ask a simpler question all month long: am I on pace?

My revenue goal for the year (think a full 12 months, no matter what month it is. Start with what you'd confidently bet on, then add at least 20%):

Quick example: A $300,000 goal รท 12 = $25,000 a month. $300,000 might feel far away. $25,000 a month feels like something you can go get. Same goal, completely different feeling.
When I was closing in on seven figures, the sticky note on my desk didn't say $1 million. It said $82,000, because I knew if I hit that every month, I had a million-dollar business.
